Questions parents ask
Will it actually look like my child?
That's the whole point. We build a character from your photo and keep them consistent across every page. You'll get a link to read the finished book before it's printed — if the likeness isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it before anything is produced.
How long does it take to arrive?
Your book is created within about half an hour, and you'll get an email to proof-read it. Once it goes to print, UK delivery is typically 5–10 days.
What if something's wrong with the book?
You get to read the whole thing before it's printed. If anything's off, there's a button to tell us and we'll pause printing and fix it.
What happens to the photo I upload?
It's used once to draw the character, then permanently deleted. Your characters stay saved to your account, but the original photo does not.
Can I have more than one child in the book?
Yes — brothers, sisters, friends, even grown-ups can all appear in the same adventure, and the story adapts around them.
